Each year, the Exeter Town Hall is aglow with live, decorated trees up for silent auction.

Free and open to the public!

Staged in the Exeter Town Hall, a collection of live Christmas trees may be reserved now for decoration & display for thousands to view. Trees are auctioned off to the highest bidder on the eve of November 30th. All proceeds benefit the Community Children’s Fund (CCF).

We have a limited number of trees available, so sign up early to reserve a tree!

2 ways to register:

  • Option 1: Complete our online registration & pay with a credit card.

  • Option 2: Print the registration form and mail the completed form with a check to cover the registration fee. Forms can also be dropped off at the Exeter Chamber of Commerce.

Decorator Rules

1. A $60 registration fee reserves one tree for your business or organization. Tree allocations are on a first come basis.

2. You are responsible for lights and decorations.

3. The tree and tree stand will be provided. Lights are NOT provided.

4. Decorate your tree on —TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2nd @ the Exeter Town Hall anytime between 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

5. Brochures, business cards, gift baskets, or gift certificates may be placed on display. Anything of value should be listed in some way on the tree and the actual certificate given to the FOT committee to hold/secure during the event.

6. No live candles are permitted!

7. The FOT committee will supply a printed plaque next to your tree advertising your business.

Bidding will be online this year.
